Ralph H. Young (died January 23, 1962) was the head coach of the Michigan State Spartans football program from 1923 to 1927. During his tenure, he compiled an 18-22-1 (.451) record. He served as the school's first athletic director from 1923 to 1954. He served three terms in the Michigan Legislature, representing the East Lansing district.
