Randy Brooks (Randolph Frederick Brooks) is an African-American television and film actor, born in New York City, New York. He is best known for his role as a L.A.P.D. Detective Holdaway in the 1992 hit cult film "Reservoir Dogs". People often mistake him in this role for Samuel L. Jackson as his speech patterns and candice are similar to Jackson in Pulp Fiction which was also directed by Quentin Tarantino. Wikipedia
