Randy Brooks (Randolph Frederick Brooks) is an African-American television and film actor, born in New York City, New York. He is best known for his role as a L.A.P.D. Detective Holdaway in the 1992 hit cult film "Reservoir Dogs". People often mistake him in this role for Samuel L.
