Ray Miller of Columbus, Ohio, is an American politician of the Democratic party who serves as a member of the Ohio Senate. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a master of arts degree in public administration from Ohio State University. Miller served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1981 to 1993 and from 1998 to 2002. He was elected to the senate in 2002.
