Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee, GBS, MA, MSc, M.Litt, B.A. was formerly a prominent government official of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). She was the first woman to be appointed as Secretary for Security to head the disciplinary service.
