Renay Cude , Corporate Secretary and Director Ms. Cude was appointed Corporate Secretary in August 2002, and has been a director of the Company since October 26, 2002. Ms. Cude is the President of our subsidiary, Voltage Vehicles, where she works closely with corporate counsel in obtaining all the required licensing in the 50 states for the proper distribution of advanced technology vehicles.
