Rhett Bomar (born July 2, 1985 in Groesbeck, Texas) is an American football quarterback. He played for the University of Oklahoma Sooners and was permanently dismissed from the team for violating NCAA regulations by accepting money from Big Red Sports and Imports for time not worked in 2006.
