Rhett Tyler Fisher (born on May 22, 1980 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American actor best known for playing as Ryan Mitchell, the Titanium Ranger in "Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue". He originally tried for the part of Carter Grayson, the Red Ranger, but lost out to Sean Cw Johnson. He is 6' 2" (1.88 m) tall. He is currently the lead singer for Manic Mind.
