Rich’s has a good point when comparing traditional media companies and network-building companies. Traditional media definitely view digital differences as problems, while network-building companies see them as opportunities. Traditional media are too concerned with having the largest volume of readership rather than providing individuals with as much information as possible. They fail to realize that providing information is the reasoning behind the success of Google and Yahoo. readership.org
