Richard W. Kozlowski is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Rick is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School where he served as managing editor of the Albany Law Review. Rick began his legal career at Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (now Nixon Peabody), a large law firm head quartered in Rochester, New York. There, he received training in the areas of individual and corporate taxation. lisman
