Richard Scott Proehl (born March 7, 1968 in Bronx, New York) is an American football wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. Proehl has played 16 seasons with the Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals, Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears, St. Louis Rams, Carolina Panthers, and Indianapolis Colts.
