Robert Abrams (1938 -)is a politician and lawyer in New York. He served as a member of the New York State Assembly representing the Bronx in the 1970s. From 1970 to 1979, he served as the Bronx Borough President and "ex officio" member of the New York City Board of Estimate. He is considered a member of the reform wing of the Democratic Party.
