Mr Robert Wong was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company on 30 April 2005 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is a lawyer by profession. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1983 and had practiced in various law firms.
