Robert David Yeoman, A.S.C., who was born on 10 March, 1951 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is an American cinematographer. He spent his childhood in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Yeoman's first filmwork was done as a second unit gaffer for the 1982 film "Chasing Dreams", directed by Therese Conte and Sean Roche.
