Sir Robin Berry Janvrin, GCB, KCVO (born 1946) is the Private Secretary to Queen Elizabeth II. He was educated at Marlborough College, Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, and Brasenose College of the University of Oxford, from which he received a First class bachelor's degree in 1969, and later a master's degree. He entered the Royal Navy in 1964, and served until 1975. He then joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Wikipedia
