Rod Schwegel - President Rod Schwegel joined Charlton in 1995 as Director of Cable Television Services. He was promoted to Director of Sales in 1998, to Executive Vice President in 1999, and to President in June 2006. From 1988 to 1995 he was an Account Executive for Bankers Systems, Inc. in Minneapolis responsible for the State of Wisconsin.
