Roland Young (November 11, 1887 - June 5, 1953) was a British actor. Born in London, Young debuted in Hollywood in the 1922 silent film "Sherlock Holmes", in which he played Doctor Watson opposite John Barrymore. Between 1912 and 1941, Young appeared in twenty-one Broadway productions, including "The Seagull", "A Doll's House", "Hedda Gabler", "Beggar on Horseback", and "The Last of Mrs. Cheyney". Wikipedia
