Roman Kostomarov (born February 8, 1977) is a Russian ice dancer. His partner is Tatiana Navka. Roman won the 1996 World Juniors Championships with former partner Ekaterina Davydova. Later he also skated with Anna Semenovich before teaming with Navka. Semenvoich and Kotnarov split after Roman came on the ice drunk, fell down on all fours and crawled away in a grand prix event in Russia.
