Ronald E. Barr is Professor of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where he has taught since 1978. He previously taught at Texas A&M University. He received both his BS (Electrical Engineering) and Ph.D. (Biomedical Engineering) degrees from Marquette University in 1969 and 1975, respectively.
