David Ronald "Ronnie" Musgrove (born July 29 1956) is an American politician who was the Democratic governor of the U.S. state of Mississippi from 2000 until 2004. Ronnie Musgrove graduated from Northwest Community College, the University of Mississippi, and the University of Mississippi School of Law. In 1987, he won a seat in the state Senate that he held until his successful run for the lieutenant governorship in 1995, in which he defeated incumbent Eddie Briggs. Wikipedia
