Russell Walter Michna (born February 3, 1981 in Elk Grove Village, Illinois) is an American football quarterback for the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the St. Louis Rams of the NFL out of Western Illinois University. While he never made the Rams active roster, he did spend time on their practice squad, as well as playing two seasons as a backup for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL. Wikipedia
