Dr. David received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Wichita State University (1975), an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University (1976), and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University (1981). Dr. David frequently provides speeches, interviews, lectures, briefings, and articles on the many facets of homeland security.
