Ruth Bloom , MA, has been a public school teacher, arts educator, and arts advocate for over 30 years. She is a collector, a former gallerist, and has helped develop major collections for many corporations and private collectors. She has developed and taught courses on contemporary art history at the college level and has been a parenting specialist. Her lifelong concerns have been in education and the arts. cde.ca.gov
