Sam Lloyd (b.1963) is an American actor, perhaps best known for his portrayal of beaten down lawyer Ted Buckland on the Bill Lawrence sitcom "Scrubs". He has appeared on "Seinfeld" ("The Cigar Store Indian", 1993, and "The Pie", 1994), "The West Wing" (as a conspiracy theorist adamant about his belief that the White House has information about extra-terrestrial activity), and "The Drew Carey Show".
