Samuel Ball (born June 29, 1973 in West Virginia) is an American actor. Ball got his start as the third (and last) Drew Buchanan on the ABC soap opera, "One Life to Live" in 1998. He has appeared in various memorable roles in film and television, including "13 Going on 30" (as Alex Carlson, the boyfriend of Jennifer Garner's character), "Urbania", "Sex and the City" and "Charmed".
