Sandra Ng Kwan Yue is a Hong Kong actress. She was born in Hong Kong, the daughter of Kam-chuen NG (Ha Chun Chau). She attended St. Stephen's Girls' College. She received the 2003 Best Actress Award at the Golden Horse Film Festival in Taiwan for her role as as a prostitute in "Golden Chicken" In 2006, she gave birth to a daughter.
