Sandy Powell (born April 7, 1960) is a British costume designer who has been nominated for several Academy Awards in the 1990s and early 2000s. She won the Academy Award for Costume Design in 1999 for the film "Shakespeare in Love" (1998), and again in 2005 for "The Aviator" (2004). Wikipedia
