Sara Rue (born January 26, 1979 in New York City, New York) is an American actress. She played the roles of "Carmen Ferrara" on the drama "Popular" and "Claudia Casey" on the sitcom "Less Than Perfect". She also guest-starred in 2000 as Joyce, the compulsive overeater sister of Grace Adler (Debra Messing), on the NBC sitcom "Will & Grace".
