Sarah first collaborated with YAF in 1998, when she was Manger of the Cultural and Education Exchanges Unit of the British Council in Hong Kong. In 2000, she moved to Scotland to set up a national arts education network for the Scottish Arts Council. Since returning to Hong Kong in 2003 Sarah has worked for YAF as Manager of the Art Angels programme. hkyaf
