Sarah Susanka (b. circa 1957) is an England-born American architect and author. Susanka is a proponent of the "Not So Big" philosophy of residential architecture, which aims to "build better, not bigger". She expands that philosophy into how we live our lives, focusing on "quality, not quantity". She is a breast cancer survivor.
