Scott Alan Eyre (born May 30 1972) is a left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball. On November 18, 2005 Eyre signed a 3-year contract with the Chicago Cubs. Eyre, who was born in Inglewood, California, graduated from Southern Idaho Junior College and was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 9th round in 1991. In 1994, he was traded to the Chicago White Sox and made his major league debut in Chicago on August 1, 1997. Eyre was traded in 2000 to the Toronto Blue Jays. Wikipedia
