Scott Thomas (born July 19, 1966) is the District Attorney (DA) for North Carolina Prosecutorial District 3B, which includes Carteret, Craven and Pamlico counties. Prior to becoming DA, Thomas was a member of the North Carolina State Senate from 2000 to 2005, representing the Second Senatorial district.
