Sergo Chakhoyan (b. 1969) is an Armenian-born Australian weightlifter. A world record holder, he claimed two gold medals at the 1994 and 2003 World Championships, and competed in the 1996, 2000, and 2004 Olympic games. In Athens he went into the competition ranked 1st in the world, however failing to record a successful clean and jerk he bombed out of the competition.
