Shane Powers (born November 28, 1970 in Omaha, Nebraska) is an American actor and reality television participant. He was a contestant on the twelfth season of the CBS series Survivor, Survivor: Panama. As an actor he appeared in the Roger Corman film and television series "Black Scorpion", having appeared in several of the films and the series itself in the role of "Specs."
