Sheila Dowton , Director of Human Resources Sheila joined the Trust in September 2005 with 20 years Human Resource management experience within the private sector, in manufacturing, retail, healthcare and IT. Sheila leads the shared HR & Training function for the Trust and is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's HR strategies in line with national and local initiatives, business plans and principles of best employer practice.
