Sheila Stephenson Group Home Director Sheila joined the staff of CFLC in 1989 as a child care worker for our 20-bed girls facility known as the Hemet Ranch. She has held progressively responsible positions during her tenure at CFLC including facility supervision of our six-bed group homes and now Director of group homes for our entire residential treatment program serving 44 highly at-risk boys and girls. cflckids.org
