Simon Lynch is an entrepreneur who has started various Internet ventures. In 1997, he started a consultancy producing websites. He then helped start an online toy retail venture Toymonkey, a clubbing site Club Connexion and an online travel site (now defunct). He is a co-founder of Jobpartners, which is a Human Resources software company started in 1998. At the beginning, its main focus was the production of a software solution to manage recruitment processes.
