Sjaak Polak (born February 18, 1976 in Den Haag, Zuid-Holland) is a football midfielder from the Netherlands, who is playing for Sparta Rotterdam since the summer of 2005 in the Dutch highest league, Eredivisie. He previously played for Excelsior Rotterdam (1996-2000), FC Twente (2000-2004), and ADO Den Haag (2004-2005). <br Wikipedia
