Stefan Patryk Liv is a Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender of Polish descent, currently playing for HV71 in the Swedish elite league Elitserien. Liv is originally from Poland but was given to an orphanage in Gdańsk and was later adopted by a Swedish family when he was about two years old. At the time Liv had been given the name "Patryk Śliz", the former has he kept as a middle name. Wikipedia
