Stefan Erik Wallin in Vaasa is a Finland-Swedish politician. He is currently Finland's Minister for Culture and Sports in Matti Vanhanen's second cabinet. Wallin studied at the Åbo Akademi University in Turku, where he graduated with a Master's Degree in Social Sciences. He worked as a reporter for the newspaper "Vasabladet" 1989-1993, before acting as a research assistant for the Swedish People's Party. Wikipedia
