Stephanie Hodge (b. 13 June 1974) was the one and only female Jackass protagonist. While filming a stunt for "Jackass" after badly landing a jump while she was riding down a ski hill on an air mattress with Dave England, Hodge broke her back and pelvis in four places, which resulted in her quitting the show. However she appeared in both "Jackass: The Movie" and "Jackass Number Two". She also had a minor appearance in "Coyote Ugly". Wikipedia
