Stephen Walsh (1859 - March 16 1929) was a Labour Party MP and a member of the Lloyd George Coalition Government as a Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of National Service in 1917 and then Parliamentary Secretary to the Local Government Board from 1917 to 1919. Walsh was elected in 1906. Previously he had been a miner and an official of the Lancashire and Cheshire Miners' Federation. Wikipedia
