Steve Coll (born October 8, 1958 in Washington, DC) is a Pulitzer Prize-winning American journalist and writer. Coll is currently a staff writer for "The New Yorker". Coll served as managing editor to the "Washington Post" from 1998 to 2004 and as associate editor from late 2004 to August 2005. Coll graduated from Thomas S.
