Steven Jay Freeman (born May 8 1953 in Lamesa, Texas) is a former American football defensive back. After attending Mississippi State University, he was selected by the National Football League's New England Patriots in the 1975 NFL Draft. However, he was released by the Patriots before the start of the regular season, and eventually signed with the Buffalo Bills. Freeman spent 12 season with Buffalo, compiling 23 career interceptions and 3 touchdowns. Wikipedia
