Steve Greenberg has been a managing director of Allen & Company LLC since January 2002. At Allen & Company, he is part of the firm’s investment banking group. Immediately prior to joining Allen & Company, Mr. Greenberg was the Co-founder and Chairman of Fusient Media Ventures, a New York-based sports and media company.
