Steven Kindel (born February 25, 1977 in Burnaby, British Columbia) is a professional soccer player currently plays for the Vancouver Whitecaps in the First Division of the United Soccer Leagues. Kindel was a former standout at Simon Fraser University, where he won the 1997 NAIA Pacific Northwest Conference Player of the Year. After CIS soccer he turned pro by signing with the Vancouver Whitecaps in 1997 where he would play until 1998. Wikipedia
