44, face for radio, I live for Sara and my girls and love being the only bloke in the house. I love thrashing through mud on my MTB with my 2 cohorts Stormy and Ginge, squash, reading, my ipod and helping people get the most out of their lives. I am fab at DIY but hate it, trouble is no one else would do a good enough job (bit of a Victor Meldrew at times) I don't watch a huge amount of TV but love Dr Who and anything like prison break or life on mars.
