Stephen Stoll is an American politician from the state of Missouri. He served 12 years in the Missouri General Assembly. Stoll was born in St. Louis and raised in Jefferson County. He attended Catholic Schools in Festus and attended Southeast Missouri State University. In 1970 he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He served in the US Army from 1971 to 1973 and graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Wikipedia
