Stewart Gull is a British Police Officer. Gull is the Suffolk Police officer in charge of the 2006 Suffolk serial killer investigation. Gull was appointed to the position of Head of Crime Management on July 4 2006, following Chief Officer changes resulting from Gillian Parker’s appointment as Chief Constable of Bedfordshire.
