Sue Robbie (b. Susan Robinson on July 5, 1949, London) grew up in the north-west of England and was educated at Keele University, where she read English and Psychology. Before working in television, she was a schoolteacher and an air hostess. She was a continuity announcer for Granada Television in the late-1970s and early-1980s and frequently appeared with fellow Granada announcer Charles Foster. Wikipedia
