Susan Flannery (born July 31, 1939 in New York, New York) is an acclaimed Golden Globe and four time Emmy Award-winning American soap opera actress. She is known for playing Dr. Laura Spencer Horton on "Days of Our Lives" from 1966 until 1975 where she met writer and daytime legend William J. Bell.
